Comprehensive Shipping & Logistics

Covering every stage from freight movement to customs compliance, tailored for global businesses.

A. Air, Sea & Land Freight

Freight transportation is the backbone of international sourcing, determining cost, speed, and reliability of goods movement. The three primary modes are:

  • Air Freight: Fastest (7–12 days). Best for high-value, urgent, or perishable goods (electronics, pharmaceuticals). Pros: secure, global reach. Cons: 4–5x more expensive than sea freight, limited capacity.
  • Sea Freight: Slowest (25–40 days). Best for bulk shipments (furniture, raw materials). Options include FCL (full container load) and LCL (shared). Pros: cost-effective, eco-friendly. Cons: delays, port congestion, paperwork.
  • Land Freight: Covers trucking and rail. Best for neighboring countries or continental trade (e.g., EU cross-border, China-Europe rail). Pros: flexible, faster than sea. Cons: border delays, infrastructure limits.
Why it matters: Choosing the right freight mode depends on budget, delivery urgency, cargo type, and sustainability goals.

B. Door-to-Door Delivery

A seamless logistics service where goods are transported directly from the supplier’s location to the buyer’s doorstep, handling shipping, customs, and last-mile delivery under a single contract.

  • Key Features: End-to-end responsibility: pickup, international transport, customs clearance, and final delivery. Often aligned with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
  • Advantages: Simplified logistics, reduced risk, and predictable costs. Ideal for SMEs and high-value shipments where convenience matters more than cost.
  • Availability: Currently available in UAE, India, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Malaysia, and USA. More countries to be added as our network grows.
Why it matters: Minimizes delays, ensures smoother shipping, and gives businesses peace of mind.

C. Warehousing

Warehousing refers to the secure storage and handling of goods before distribution. Different facilities provide flexible solutions based on needs.

  • Bonded Warehouses: Duty-deferred storage for imports until goods are released into circulation.
  • Cross-Docking Hubs: Minimizes storage time by transferring goods directly to outbound transport.
  • Key Functions: Inventory management with real-time tracking, quality checks, and repackaging.
Why it matters: Ensures secure, efficient storage and smooth distribution of imported/exported goods.

D. Customs Clearance & Documentation

Handling customs and paperwork is critical for smooth cross-border trade. Our services cover clearance and documentation support in China, India, Malaysia, and GCC countries.

  • Customs Clearance: Includes declaration submission, duty/tax assessment, inspections (if required), and release approval for import/export goods.
  • Documentation: Covers commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading/air waybills, certificates of origin, licenses, and customs bonds.
Why it matters: Prevents costly delays, ensures compliance, and helps control costs with correct HS Code classification.
